Psychotherapists are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan).
A growing number of insurance companies are providing coverage for Registered Psychotherapists. However please do check directly with your insurance provider for coverage, claim procedures and details specific to psychotherapist.
In the first session, you’re required to read and sign the Policy Agreement and fill out the Client In-Take form.
